Our mission

Creation of conditions for the development of society, sustainable functioning of the public health system, advocacy for the implementation of best international practices, provision of a wide range of social and other services, assistance to persons who need it.

We are the Kharkiv Charitable Foundation ‘Blago’, founded in 2005.

Since then, we have come a long way, gained the support of many international institutions and transformed from an HIV service organisation to a charitable foundation that takes a comprehensive approach to the health and well-being of socially vulnerable groups and internally displaced persons.

Forced migrants and people living close to hostilities

To children and families who find themselves in difficult life circumstances

People on the care list: elderly, single, people with reduced mobility

Teenagers who have had a conflict with the law or experience using drugs
We help:

People with increased risks of HIV infection, tuberculosis, viral hepatitis (drug addicts, people who provide sexual services; LGBT)
