The Community Center for MSM and CSW clients was opened in 2008.

Consultations  on the prevention of HIV / AIDS, viral hepatitis, sexually transmitted infections and tuberculosis are held in “Orion”.  Social workers give condoms, lubricants, disinfectants and information materials to clients.  Here you can pass fast tests for HIV / STI / viral hepatitis and get a referral to a  doctor.

There are psychologists who are ready to provide the necessary assistance and advice how to cope with personal problems. And the lawyer helps to  understand legal issues.

There are a lot of  thematic meetings in the “Orion”. Social workers of the center organize preventive trainings on the principle of peer-to-peer, which are aimed at overcoming dependencies (including alcohol)

In addition to preventive services, the center’s clients can receive a number of additional services. There is a free access to the Internet, customers can also treat themselves with cookies, tea or coffee. The warm attitude of the staff and the convenient location made the community center a safe space for communication between the representatives of the target groups of the project.
